IM KARE is an NDIS registered (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Provider based in Brisbane specialising in, Disability Accommodation (SDA, Short Term, Medium Term, Respite Care), Community Participation, Domestic Assistance and Home Modification.
As a registered and approved NDIS service provider, IM KARE is able to provide you with choice and control by providing world class support.
We provide individualised, high quality support to people with disability and assist in managing existing support systems. We work closely with the participants, their advocates, support coordinators and plan managers to provide quality support and resources to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
Provide the supports that meet your needs at your preferred times
Regularly review the provision of your supports with you
Communicate openly, honestly and promptly
Treat you with courtesy and respect
Discuss with you all decisions regarding your supports and how they are being provided
Listen to your complaints and feedback and address any problems that may arise
Provide you with twenty-four (24) hours’ notice if we need to change a scheduled support provision appointment
Keep your personal information confidential
Implement policies and procedures to ensure your personal safety and the safety of others during service provision
